.. JOHN CENA ADVERTISED FOR 600 TH EPISODE OF SMACKDOWN ..
WWE will be taping the 600th episode of WWE SmackDown next week from San Diego. As it stands the company is advertising a huge 12-man match which involves Edge, Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, John Cena, John Morrison & R-Truth vs. Kane, CM Punk, Dolph Ziggler, Sheamus, Wade Barrett & Drew McIntyre.
The Miz and Jerry Lawler are also scheduled to appear.

Former WWE Champion John Cena attends a press conference announcing that Sun Life Stadium will host WWE's WrestleMania XXVIII on Sunday April 1, 2012 at Fontainebleau Miami Beach

The Miami-Dade Sports Commission, Miami-Dade County, Miami Dolphins, Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, and WWE announced Wednesday that Sun Life Stadium, home of the Dolphins and other world-class events, will host WWE’s annual pop culture extravaganza, WrestleMania XXVIII, on Sunday, April 1, 2012.
The announcement was made Wednesday at a press conference at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Miami-Dade County Commissioner and Chairman of the Miami-Dade Sports Commission Jose “Pepe” Diaz, Miami-Dade Sports Commission Executive Director Mike Sophia, Miami Dolphins CEO Mike Dee, former Dolphins Quarterback and NFL Hall of Famer Dan Marino, and Miami Dolphins limited partner and Grammy Award Winner Emilio Estefan, joined WWE Chairman and CEO Vince
“Miami has always been the home of first class events, and this event will add to that legacy,” said Jose “Pepe” Diaz, Miami-Dade County Commissioner and Chairman of the Miami-Dade Sports Commission. “Hosting WrestleMania is a huge coup for Miami.”
“On behalf of WWE, I would like to thank Commissioner Diaz and all his colleagues for their support, and the Miami-Dade Sports Commission for graciously rolling out the red carpet to bring WrestleMania to one of the world’s most cosmopolitan cities,” said Vince McMahon, WWE Chairman and CEO. “We look forward to adding WrestleMania to the list of prestigious events held at Sun Life Stadium.”
“For nearly 25 years, Sun Life Stadium has played host to South Florida’s world class events that provide economic benefit to the entire community,” said Dolphins CEO Mike Dee. “We applaud the efforts of Commissioner Diaz and the Sports Commission on attracting WWE, and look forward to an unforgettable WrestleMania in 2012.”
WrestleMania is not just a one-day event; it’s a week-long celebration, as visitors from around the world are expected to converge on Miami for WrestleMania Week. Activities will include the 2012 WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, WrestleMania Axxess, the finals of the WrestleMania Reading Challenge and a Celebrity Pro-Am Golf Tournament. The pay-per-view event will be televised to more than 100 countries.
Over the past three years, WrestleMania and the events surrounding it has generated nearly $150 million in cumulative economic impact for the host cities. Last year, 72,219 fans from all 50 states and 26 countries converged on the University of Phoenix Stadium for WrestleMania XXVI.

CM Punk and John Cena will square off inside the Elimination Chamber in two weeks. The combatants got a head start tonight, though, when they clashed in a singles match. Before he would allow himself to fall victim to Punk’s minions, 2010’s WWE Superstar of the Year caught his opponent with a low blow. The shot got Cena disqualified and left Punk reeling.
The remainder of The New Nexus charged down the entrance ramp. As Mason Ryan attended to his boss,Michael McGillicutty and David Otunga took aim at Cena. Before they could avenge Punk, however, Jerry “The King” Lawler handed Cena a steel chair, which he used to clobber the two Nexi and send a clear message to The Second City Savior: John Cena isn’t about to go without a fight.

More Info about Cena at SuperBowl weekend
John Cena did not attend Raw live event in Rochester, Minnesota so he could attend Gillette’s Super Bowl weekend promotional activities. He was not expected to appear at this afternoon’s WWE Supershow in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but did, working the opening match against CM Punk. He then flew back to Dallas. He will be on hand for tomorrow’s Raw in Milwaukee.

Cena pulled from show to promote Gilette
John Cena was no longer being advertised for Saturday’s WWE live event from Rochester, Minnesota. Cena had been scheduled to wrestle CM Punk in the main event, but has since been replaced by John Morrison. John Cena skipped this live event so he could attend a Super Bowl weekend promotional event being promoted by Gilette!
